This Click Records Entertainment consumer privacy policy is an agreement between you and Click Records Entertainment. If you have opted-in to receive marketing information, Click Records Entertainment will send you information on the artist/s that you have specified an interest in by email, mobile or post depending on your preferences. The information we send you will include tour dates, new music releases, exclusive content, promotions, special offers and other general information about the artist. Occasionally we may introduce you to a new artist that, based on your musical preferences, we think you might like. You can opt out of receiving any further messages from Click Records Entertainment, affiliates and artists at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by sending an email to info(at)c-recordz(dot)co(dot)uk. We will not share your personal information with any unconnected third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

We may share with others, at our discretion, certain aggregate statistical data about purchases and the use of our content, which data may include demographic data such as the age range and/or geographic location of groups of users. No personal information (such as names or email addresses) will be identifiable from such statistics.

We may transfer, sell or assign any of the information described above, including personally identifiable information, to third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Click Records Entertainment.

CLICK RECORDS ENTERTAINMENT ONLINE COMPETITION RULES

1. By participating in any Click Records Entertainment Online Competition ('the Competition') entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Click Records Entertainment, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition.

2. All prizes are non-transferable. Arrangements for the fulfilment of prizes will be made by Click Records Entertainment. Click Records Entertainment reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value.

3. In order to be eligible for prizes, the winner(s) (and guest if applicable) must (1) sign an affidavit of eligibility; (2) release Click Records Entertainment from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof save where due to the negligence of Click Records Entertainment; and (3) when applicable of substantial value, sign a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into this Competition constitutes the winner's agreement to sign such releases. The winner (and guest if applicable) must complete all legal documents and return them to Click Records Entertainment within three (3) working days of receipt from Click Records Entertainment. Non-compliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternative winner will be selected.

4. The receipt, by any winner, of any of the prize components of this Competition is conditional upon compliance with any and all laws, rules and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description.
